WHAT IS COACHING?
Coaching is facilitative process that focuses on achieving prescribed transformational goals identified at the beginning of the process over a specific period. The coach is the coachee’s thinking partner, providing a non-judgemental sounding board. The reason coaching is seen as transformational is because the coachee has complete ownership over the results they create.
Together, you will gain clarity about your goals, motivations, and actions. Identifying what you are missing and any limiting beliefs and work with any blind spots. I will support you and hold you accountable for mapping out your visions and goals, getting the results you want and encouraging you in being very present in your life, having good relationships, improved wellbeing, and plenty of fun along the way.

The wrong stories can limit our power, our potential and can stop us from achieving the things we aspire to. Together we will work on changing your inner narrative so that you can rewrite your story with confidence and clarity. When you become the author of your own story, anything is possible.
We will look at your vision and ambition and work back from your dream goal so you can feel clear and confident about how to get there. I will provide you with practical tools, techniques and keep you accountable so you can achieve more than you ever believed possible.
