Find Your Purpose
Many people spend their lives reacting to situations instead of being proactive and figuring out the needs and values that drive them. Even when they think they know their purpose, they often mistake it with a short-term goal. Many others who are asking themselves this question truly want to find meaning – but they have no idea how to find purpose in life.
We naturally only feel fulfilled when we’re improving ourselves or our lives in some way. Everything in life is calling to us to grow. When we stop growing, we start feeling pain, fear, and anxiety. We are then susceptible to envy as we look around and see what everyone else has that we don’t. Instead of asking “What is my purpose in life?” we start coveting status, material goods and power. But all those things will ultimately leave you feeling empty.

Set Personal Goals
We will work together to set SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound) goals that motivate you. Then plan the steps you must take to realise your goal, and cross off each one as you work through them. Setting goals gives you long-term vision and short-term motivation. It focuses your acquisition of knowledge and helps you to organise your time and your resources so that you can make the most of your life.
By setting sharp, clearly defined goals, you can measure and take pride in the achievement of those goals, and you'll see forward progress in what might previously have seemed a long pointless grind.
You will also raise your self-confidence, as you recognise your own ability and competence in achieving the goals that you've set.
